Stay Strong During the Winter Break

The recent snowfall has delayed the start of the 2017 season.  In an effort to assist VWFHA players maintain physical fitness, HealthLinkBC has published two field hockey specific training programs, accessible here. These programs challenge both the anaerobic and aerobic energy systems.

The training sessions do not require any gym equipment, however a treadmill or stationary bike may be used if desired. The sessions may take between 30-50 minutes.
