The Simon Fraser Field Hockey Alumni Committee is pleased to announce the availability of the Moira Colbourne Women’s Field Hockey Award and the Simon Fraser University Women’s Field Hockey Award  to deserving field hockey athletes  undertaking an undergraduate program at Simon Fraser University, and actively participating with a women’s field hockey club/team within BC.  The full criteria, application form and submission contact information can be found at the SFU Recreation Department website.

There is a DEADLINE of FEB 7, 2020 for this years applications.  Most of the application should be fairly easy to complete and submit, with only an “unofficial” transcript needed … so readily doable in one evening for those interested.
